This elegant ‘L’-shaped Villa on Aphrodite Hills’ eastern plateau offers luxury, privacy, and spacious living. With 5 bedrooms, a stunning kitchen/diner, large private pool, and extensive gardens, it’s perfect for a family getaway.

The bright living room features wooden-beamed ceilings and French doors opening to the garden. The spacious kitchen/diner includes a central island and modern appliances. A guest WC is on the ground floor.

Upstairs, five bedrooms are spread over three levels for privacy: twin rooms and doubles with en-suite bathrooms, plus a master with king-size bed, two balconies, and sea and pool views. A luxurious marble bathroom complements the bedrooms.

Outside, mature gardens and terraces offer shaded and sunny spots, a lawn, table tennis, and a 12x6m overflow pool with whirlpool spa. A covered outdoor dining area and barbecue kitchen complete the perfect setting for al fresco meals with stunning views.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.)

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.

Kindly note:  

• All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
• Receive a mid-stay clean for reservations made for minimum 4 days.
