A lovely low-rise villa in a peaceful Eastern plateau location with extensive outdoor space and modern, contemporary furnishings.

The grand entrance leads to a spacious living area with a large corner sofa, flat-screen TV, and garden views. The dining room features a grand table for eight, adjacent to a sleek Italian wood kitchen with quality appliances including dishwasher, oven, microwave, and American fridge/freezer.

The ground-floor master bedroom has a zip & lock double/single bed, walk-in wardrobes, parquet flooring, and a large en-suite with bath, separate shower, double vanity, and WC.

The second bedroom, a few steps up, offers flexible twin-to-double beds, wardrobes, patio access, and an adjacent shower room. The third bedroom, a few steps down, has a zip & lock bed and en-suite marble shower room. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Outside the Villa, the landscaped gardens create a stunning backdrop for the large 5m x 10m private swimming pool* with Roman steps, a large lawned area ideal for children and a magnificent barbeque area complete with outdoor furniture - making this the ideal spot for dining alfresco!
