This stunning villa, with high-quality furnishings and air conditioning throughout, offers abundant outdoor space and is designed for family living all on one level.

The entrance opens into an open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and minimal décor. The adjacent dining area and modern kitchen,with granite countertops and full appliances,open via French doors onto the pool and patio.

The master bedroom features a double zip & lock bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. Two twin bedrooms also offer zip & lock beds, wardrobes, and share a marble bathroom with bath and shower.Outside, an overflow pool with Roman steps sits beside a large terrace and lawn, perfect for sunbathing and play. A shaded patio with dining furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and umbrellas completes the space.

The villa is a short walk from the Village Square, with shops, restaurants, spa, golf clubhouse, children’s club, and playground.

Note: Receive a mid-stay clean for reservations made for minimum 4 days.

Pool Heating
Pool heating is available for an additional surcharge,(excluding June, July, and August.) 

Disclaimer – Heated Pools

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
