Should you wish to cook, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from a dishwasher to all those essential utensils. If you do not wish to cook, the property is conveniently located five minutes away from the heart of the Resort, the Village Square.

The dining table is located just next to the kitchen area, offering seating for up to six people. It is also next to a set of French doors that lead to the large outside pool and patio area.

The lounge is tastefully decorated and features light coloured and plush sofas, a flat-screen TV and boasts another set of French doors which lead out onto the paved pool and patio area. The pool offers heating possibilities which can be pre-booked at an extra charge for the colder months. 

There is one bedroom on the ground floor featuring double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, and French doors that also lead out directly to the pool and patio area. Next to this room, there is a bathroom with a built-in shower, single vanity unit and a toilet, which can also be used as a guest bathroom.

The second and third bedroom are located on the first floor. The second bedroom features a double bed and the third has two twin beds (zip & lock). Both are decorated to a very high standard, with plenty of wardrobe space and convenient shutters on all of the windows… perfect to keep that early morning sun at bay.

There is a spacious bathroom directly outside these two bedrooms, which features single vanity sinks, bath with shower and a toilet.

Outside there is a large patio area equipped with a table and chairs, enabling you to take advantage of the outdoor lifestyle - add to this the 8 x 4 metres private pool with ladder steps and it is certain that this Junior Villa will more than exceed your expectations.
