The modern kitchen with granite work surfaces and complete with modern stainless steel appliances including microwave and washing machine.

A staircase leads up to the master bedroom; the room is complete with parquet flooring, fitted wardrobes, a large double bed and bedside cabinets and French doors leading to the upstairs balcony. The master bedroom is adjacent to the common bathroom that features a bathtub with an overhead shower.
