This luxurious Elite Junior Villa, located in Alexander Heights, offers stunning south-facing sea views and is just a short walk from the resort center.

The stylish, open-plan interior features high-end Italian kitchens, marble bathrooms, and elegant marble or parquet floors. The spacious living area opens via French doors to the pool terrace, with a comfortable lounge and modern dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a guest toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite marble bathroom, and a twin/double bedroom with sea-view balcony and en-suite shower. Underfloor heating ensures comfort year-round.

The high standards continue outside. A covered veranda leads off from the lounge, and is furnished with a table and chairs, whilst the adjacent barbeque area and sink makes al-fresco cooking and dining an absolute delight. The extensive pool-side terrace is equipped with sunbeds and the inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, but also features a beautifully landscaped garden. During cooler weather the pool can be heated if required*.

The village square, spa, golf clubhouse and tennis academy are all just a short stroll, combining to make this a highly desirable choice.

• Most heated pools are electrically heated and may require up to four days to reach the desired temperature.
• Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth.
• Minimum 5 days.
• Advance booking is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
