This charming two-bedroom first-floor apartment at Helios Heights Village is ideal for families or couples. The open-plan lounge and dining area features a sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table for six, with French doors opening onto a furnished balcony for al-fresco dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cherry wood units, granite worktops, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, and hob. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bath/shower, separate shower, and private balcony. The twin bedroom also has balcony access and an adjacent shower room.

Just a few steps away is the delightful freeform swimming pool, and the Village Square shops, restaurants, spa, and sporting and leisure amenities are within walking distance, making this an ideal property for those looking for facilities close at hand.

Note: Sleeps up to 5 guests, including one child (up to 12 years) on a camp bed in the lounge. One baby cot per bedroom can be added at no extra cost.

• Additional children and infant in properties ( under 3 years old) will be free on accommodations ONLY.
• The extra bed can be replaced by another baby cot.
